FOR WOMEN IN THE MIDDLE OF REAL LIFE

Motherhood, mental health, faith, friendship, marriage, laundry piles and all. This is a place for honest conversations about the life you’re actually living — without the pressure to make it look more polished than it really is.

Real life can be a lot. You’re allowed to say that.

There are beautiful seasons and brutally hard ones. There are answered prayers and unexpected setbacks. There are mornings when you feel ready for anything and others when getting everyone out the door feels like enough of an accomplishment.

Kaitlin’s here to talk about all of it.

Through her writing, speaking, and conversations, she reminds women that they don’t have to pretend life is easier than it is, and they don’t have to have everything figured out to keep moving forward.

Embracing the Practice of Everyday Perseverance

For the woman who’s tired, discouraged, and wondering how much more she can carry. A reminder that you don’t have to have it all together to take the next faithful step.

I created this guide — to lead you through the process of seeing His goodness in your life. We will map out a timeline including where you started and where you’re going. We’ll look at the middle and the mess and the miracles along the way.

Hi, I’m Kaitlin!

Christian author, speaker, podcast host, wife, boy mom, and someone who believes the ordinary, messy parts of life matter too.

I’ve spent years telling stories, first as a broadcast news reporter and NASA social media specialist, and now through writing, speaking, and The Comeback Couch Podcast.

These days, the stories I care most about are the ones that remind women they aren’t alone.

The mental health conversations. The motherhood moments. The unexpected setbacks. The faith that keeps showing up. The comeback you might not even realize you’re living yet.

I don’t believe women need more pressure to have everything together.

I think we need more honesty about what life actually looks like, and more reminders that God is present in the middle of it.

What My People Have to Say

  • "Kaitlin is the kind of person you want in your corner, too - someone who will make you laugh, point you back to God, love you well, and never stop cheering you on. I am so grateful to call her my best friend and to witness the way God uses her to encourage and impact the lives of not only the people immediately around her, but so many others across the country. She has stewarded her platform with humility and purpose, always pointing people back to what matters most. I deeply admire Kaitlin for the way she continues to pursue the calling the Lord has placed on her life. I’ve had a front-row seat to watching her say yes to God, even when it requires courage, vulnerability, and stepping into the unknown. Seeing her use her own story and experiences to encourage others has been such a gift to witness. She truly just won’t quit, and we are all the better for it.”

  • “A few years ago, on a day in November, I was at my absolute lowest. I’d sent Kaitlin voice texts about what happened and five minutes later she texts back: “where are you right now.” I smiled and assumed that she probably was sending me coffee. I told her I was back at home and asked why. “Because I’m outside your house.” So in the middle of the day, in the middle of my front yard, Kaitlin held me while I cried and she prayed over me. It’s a blessing to have Kaitlin in my corner. I have a lifetime of moments of Kaitlin celebrating with me, laughing with me (extra on the laughing), crying with me, and praying for me. She is the sunshine in the cloudy moments.”

    — Jeri, best friend of 34 years

  • “My sister has always had a strong ambition. She has used her drive to create a platform that represents the walk of faith in a very relatable and human way. I hope that, when people see her, people see the care, love, and joy she shares and that they are reminded of Christ.”

    —Keaton, Kaitlin’s youngest brother

  • “To be in Kaitlin’s corner is one of the greatest blessings. She is the definition of a true friend, and she makes the people around her feel seen, known, and loved for exactly who they are. She is also truly one of the funniest people I know. Getting to hear her hilarious perspectives on everyday life keeps me laughing, but getting her heartfelt, God-led wisdom and guidance in friendship is something I treasure even more. Kaitlin is the kind of person you are immediately drawn to in a room. She shines a light everywhere she goes and has a way of making everyone feel welcomed and valued. Her genuine love for people is impossible to miss. One of the things I admire most about Kaitlin is that she’s real. She doesn’t sugarcoat life or pretend that motherhood, faith, or the everyday trials we face are always easy. She is honest about both the hard seasons and the blessings, and that honesty makes everything she shares feel so relatable. She has a very unique, beautiful way of putting words to the things so many of us experience, reminding you that you are not alone - that you are seen right where you are."
